I overdosed and took 45 pills in attempted suicide yesterday. I probably damaged myself alot. What's to come?

Without knowing what you took, nobody can answer your question. Some medications kill you fast, and some kill you slowly. And some simply destroy large parts of your liver, leaving you in very serious trouble for the rest of your life. If you were thinking clearly, you would have gone to the ER already. Take the empty bottles, go there right now, and let them check you over. It's possible they might be able to limit some of the damage, but since you waited more than 2 hours, it's unlikely they can do much for you.
