Back pain rib pain .. What's wrong ?

I woke up with a terribly sore left shoulder and neck. In the last hour it's moved now across both shoulders are in pain. Also, my ribs hurt to touch. Ive taken two cocodimols, and I only feel drowsy, it hasn't helped the pain. My upper arms are starting to hurt too, what could be wrong? Thanks to anyone who can help x
