Even though you may feel like you don't want to get out of bed, you will start to feel better once you get up and start moving around. Start by taking a cold shower. Then get some sports drink with electrolytes (gatorade, powerade, isport, etc.) and take TINY SIPS at a time (otherwise you may throw up) Then just go about your day, keep moving and walk around a little, you will feel better.
