Lexapro, Benadryl, ativan, fish oil, ibuprofen all in one night?

I spread them out a bit but was it wrong to take ativan for my panic attack I felt like I was having then I read fish oil helps I have those pills so I took one. Then I had a head ache so I took ibuprofen 600mg like doctor told me for my jaw and head pain. Then my mom said her boyfriends friend died from zolot didn't help my anxiety so I got worried switched myself back to lexapro and then I culdnt get tired just jumpy from the thought of all the medicines so I took 2 benadryl to get drowsy I'm a little jumpy still kuz when I'm falling asleep I jump kuz I feel like its me passing out o.o caght in a situation here. Oh and to u know boost the anxiety my house is haunted. Ideas if all meds were a good idea? I'm not suicidal just got severe anxiety and some depression my moods change like that.
