I want to know,did anybody else not get their food stamps after a redetermination and what to do to get them?

I was sent a letter for redetermination by DHS and bring in the information my caseworker asked for. Then a week before my next month food stamps was to come in I receieved another letter of deny for not turning in all requested information. I'm confused, so I called only to get no reply. Two days later, another letter came asking for new additional information and docums. So I bring them to the office and ask to see the caseworker which they tell me can't be seen and the information I brought would be given to him. Come time for my food stamps on the 1st and there is nothing on my card. I go up there again to see this caseworker once again but again I am turn around by them telling me he is too busy and all the cases are backed up so I must wait. Now here it is a month later on the 1st and still I don't have any food stamps. What the hell is going on? I am told by other people that they too are going through this.Can anyone tell me have you had this problem or what can I do about this?
