Question for Alprazolam (Xanax, etc.) users. Please help!!?

Ok some people do not get this but you are very self concious and should go to therapy and it will go away....trust me you may be scared to admit to go but in the end youll thank yourself for doing it.... and people are probably talking about you, that is all people do. Put it this way if you see some1 in a green shirt with pink shoes and orange pants and he walks by and your standing next to a friend of course you are going to comment on this, but when people taalk about you its only for a sec then they completley forget about you no matter what it is..... Its like if you were walking with toilet paper stuck to yor shoe people would talk and laugh for a sec then 4get a cuople mins later its not like they walk around like omg you wont guess who had paper on there shoes...... truth is nobody cares about you but your family.... when you go home no1 is talking ir even thinking about you they are busy living life as you should be doing just live your life it doesnt matter what people say.... Peope use to laugh and make fun of beyonce for wanting to sing now look where shes at now
